Our mission at lookingglass leadership is to empower innovators and accelerate the growth and career trajectory of change agents who are in the C-Suite or on their way there. Our primary method is via private, one-on-one executive coaching, that pairs the executive with a coach that can provide personalized support and guidance on their career journey. Our coaches are trained via ICF certified coaching programs to work with leaders to design their personal development strategies, achieve their goals, develop new skills, and overcome challenges that crop up along the way.

One-on-one executive coaching is the best option for leaders looking for customized assessments and planning, to expedite their development, growth, and impact. The benefits of 1:1 executive coaching include:
Increased self-awareness and understanding
Improved communication and interpersonal skills
Enhanced leadership and decision-making abilities
Increased productivity and performance
Reduced stress and burnout
If you are an executive who is looking to take your career to the next level, 1:1 executive coaching can be a valuable investment. If you are a leader who is looking to grow and change, and you are open to learning and practicing new skills and behavior patterns, working with an executive coach can accelerate progress and improve performance.
How does it work? First, like any new relationship we will have a meeting where we get to know each other and our backgrounds. Then the conversation will shift to where the executive is interested in taking their career or work situation - big picture vision, any specific goals, and options to consider. We’ll then “design the alliance”, clarifying how the coach and executive will partner and co-create the path forward. Maybe you need a brainstorming collaborator, or an independent perspective on working through challenges and roadblocks, or an accountability partner to help you reconnect to your “why” - or likely a mix of these.
Private coaching is confidential, customized, and flexible to meet the needs of the client. We recommend starting with a six month program, and then re-evaluating and re-calibrating. Some executives need structured support for a limited period of time - when starting a new job, going for a big promotion, or to work through some tricky work-life balance issues. Others may like the acceleration provided by a structured program to start, but then settle into an ongoing “retainer” based relationship, where coaching sessions are less frequent, but the coaching relationship remains a support resource over a longer term.
