What is the Team Accelerator?

Companies that have a number of emerging leaders or new executives - or who are simply in a period of fast growth or change - might benefit from our Team Accelerator, a hybrid of 1:1 private coaching with team “build” sessions. This is the best option for a startup or leadership team looking for a blend of personalized career development and expedited calibration with their colleagues on culture and communication.

How does it work? We kick-off with a workshop or “build” session, customized to the strategy, goals, and culture of the team - this is discussed in advance, and it’s important to find a topic that’s relevant for the organization. Examples might be “Core motivations and leadership style”, “Future vision for tech teams and goal-setting for next three years” or “Incorporating mindfulness into the work day for operational teams”. The workshop is done as a group, and helps facilitate corporate and culture goals.

Following the workshop, we check in with the executives for 1:1 coaching discussions spanning 1-2 quarters, where their career goals are discussed and explored, and we also connect professional and leadership objectives to the larger organizational strategy. In a 1:1 setting, we get all of the benefits of 1:1 coaching including personalized planning and skill-building. We also have the option to conduct 360s as an input to this process, for established teams / executives.

Towards the end of the engagement, we’ll have a follow-up session with the entire group, where progress and roadblocks can be discussed collectively.
